B6 Industry offers a wide range of PE materials, both cross-linked and non-cross-linked qualities.
All our PE materials have a closed cellular structure and do not absorb moisture. Our PE qualities all have fine heat insulating properties with lambda values from 0.032 W/mK.
We offer PE in sheets, on rolls or as CNC-cut items.
We can also supply solutions in fire-retardant qualities, e.g. UL-94 or FMVSS approved.

Cross-linked PE has good compression properties. Typically used when strength, comfort and thermal properties are required.

Non-crosslinked PE has a low-cost focus and is typically used for packaging purposes.

Sound absorbing - An extremely strong alternative to mineral wool, we call it Stratocell Whisper. The material is moisture resistant and does not drip.

PE is typically used for solutions such as:
PE foam is made from polyethylene, which is the most common type of plastic. PE foam is a closed-cell material that comes in many different variants and is useful for a wide range of applications within sealing, insulation and packaging tasks.
Polyethylene foam belongs to the softer, flexible variant of the plastic type, and is a relatively strong and flexible foam type that is especially known for its excellent sealing and insulation properties. However, the material is used for a wide range of other purposes, including shock absorption and packaging.
It is a very lightweight material that is easy to work with. It is easy to install and customise and has the advantage that it is non-porous and therefore does not crumble.
In addition to its light weight and adaptability to different applications, this plastic material has many other great properties.
For example, PE foam is UV-resistant and does not absorb moisture, giving it a wide range of applications. Furthermore, this type of foam has high insulation properties and is resistant to chemicals and solvents. The material also has good thermal insulation properties, and many of our products are available in fire retardant grades.
Polyethylene is a relatively environmentally friendly material that does not contain any hazardous substances. This type of plastic is therefore easy to recycle either as material in new products or as energy. The energy content of this type of plastic is on the same level as oil, and no harmful environmental impact has been proven when burned.
At B6 Industry, we have many different PE products that can be used for many different purposes. We work in densities from 15-70 kg/m3 and offer to deliver our products with or without adhesive. All our PE materials have a closed cell structure and are therefore not moisture absorbent, and all our PE grades have excellent thermal insulation properties with lambda values from 0.032 W/mk.
We offer PE in sheets, rolls or CNC-cut items, and we can provide solutions in flame retardant grades that meet UL-94 and FMVSS standards. In addition, PE is available in many different colours besides the traditional grey, black and white.
Among our different polyethylene foam products, we have variants that are made of cross-linked or non-cross-linked PE. The difference between the two types of PE lies in the density, with the former having a higher density than the latter.
Cross-linked PE has good compression properties and is particularly useful for applications where strength, comfort and thermal properties are required.
We also sell the highly sound-absorbing Stratocell Whisper, which is the best absorbing PE foam on the market. It's a strong alternative to mineral wool, and it's moisture resistant and won't crumble.
We also offer products composed of multiple layers of PE that can be cut out to form protective inserts for toolboxes, transport of fragile items and other types of protective or presentation packaging.
We can also supply polyethylene foam moulded as seals or gaskets for a variety of applications. These items can optionally be supplied with a strong adhesive on the back for easy and efficient installation.
